Eve Hill, one of the nation’s leading disability and civil rights attorneys, co-leads Inclusivity. She previously served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, where she was responsible for oversight of the Division’s disability rights enforcement and educational civil rights implementation. Her responsibilities included enforcement, regulation, and policy development regarding accessibility requirements for websites and other digital technology; Olmstead community integration requirements in employment and education; and disability rights in education, law enforcement, and health care.

Jamie Strawbridge serves as a principal at Inclusivity. A leading disability rights attorney, his practice centers on representing individuals in lawsuits under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Strawbridge has also built a notable practice representing companies in commercial disputes. He effectively combines both areas of expertise – a passion for disability rights and a background in corporate processes and procedures – to counsel his Inclusivity clients on their ADA obligations. Mr. Strawbridge has significant experience working with both private and public organizations and is well-versed in how the constantly evolving landscape of disability and civil rights applies to all business types. He is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion at all organization levels and works to ensure that community business leaders have the knowledge and guidance needed to become their most effective and inclusive selves.
