We provide counsel and advice about the intersection of existing Individuals with Disabilities Education Act requirements with the mandates of the ADA, the Supreme Court decision in Olmstead v. L.C., and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.

We aim to ensure that the educational system is able to collaborate and coordinate with the vocational rehabilitation and other disability systems to connect youth with opportunities for competitive integrated employment and postsecondary education.
